    Please be sure to use the following as a template when filing a player report:

    Your In-Game Name:

    In-Game Name(s) of Offender(s):

    Summary of Incident:

    Proof / Screenshots:

    Code:
    [b]Your In-Game Name:[/b]

    [b]In-Game Name(s) of Offender(s):[/b]

    [b]Summary of Incident:[/b]

    [b]Proof / Screenshots:[/b]

    Failure to abide by the set format will result in your report being auto-denied within a 24 hour timeframe.

    • It is highly recommended that you attach proper and relevant EVIDENCE when you submit your report. Copy and pasted logs will not be considered, as they are not always credible; screenshots and videos are preferred. If you do not attach any evidence to your player report, it is likely to be denied.

    • If you are a staff member please include why your report could not have been handled online. (ie: if you are reporting someone for spamming messages, why couldn't you take care of it then and there?) Staff may create player reports, but must will be held to the same standards as normal players.
